Deposit and payment
20% deposit is required to complete the booking. The final payment (80% of total price) is paid on trip date.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellation requests received 48 hours prior to the trip date will get a 50% refund on the deposit. There is no refund for customers that don't show up the date of the trip.
Payment methods
Deposit should be paid online. The final payment will be paid directly to boat owner on trip date.
On the next screen, you'll be able to review your booking, enter your personal details and send any special requests.
After that, you will be asked to enter the payment details (PayPal or credit card). You won't be charged the deposit amount until the captain approves your booking.
In 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your booking and we'll process your payment. If the boat is not available on the specific date you select, you won't be charged and you'll be free to book another date.
