Policies

Meeting time for departure: Please arrive at least 15min before departure time
Deposit and payment: 20% deposit is required to complete the booking. The final payment (80% of total price) is paid on trip date.
Cancellation and refund: All cancellation requests received 48 hours prior to the trip date will get a 50% refund on the deposit. There is no refund for customers that don't show up the date of the trip.
Payment methods: Deposit should be paid online. The final payment will be paid directly to boat owner on trip date.
