Deposit and payment
A 20% deposit is required to complete the booking. The balance is paid on the day of the trip.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellation requests received more than 7 days prior to the trip will get a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to the trip will get a 50% refund of the deposit. No refunds will be given to customers who do not show up on the day of the trip. If the charter company cancels the trip due to inclement weather, the customer will get a full refund or reschedule if possible.
Payment methods
The deposit is paid online. The final payment will be given directly to boat owner on the day of the trip.
