Cancelation and refund

- Notice of cancellation requests received 7 days prior to the trip are fully refundable and there is no cancellation fee.
-Cancellation within 7 (seven) days prior to the trip, will get 50% of the deposit.
- Not following the cancellation notification process or customer that do not show up will forfeit the deposit.
- If the weather forecast is not favorable, we strongly recommend to cancel the booking or re schedule it if possible.
