Safety is of the utmost importance, and we take it seriously. If the weather forecast is not favorable, we strongly recommend cancelling or rescheduling the day's trip. Customer deposits will be refunded if a trip must be cancelled due to inclement weather.
When booking online, the customer must pay a deposit amount set by you. The customer then pays the remaining balance to you, in-person on the day of the trip.
