Deposit and payment
For PRIVATE TRIPS: 50% deposit is required to complete the booking. The balance is paid on the day of the trip. For SHARED TRIPS: Full payment is required to complete the booking.
Cancellation and refund
Belevari Marine reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to poor weather conditions, mechanical failure, Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees. Charters will be rescheduled if possible. No refunds will be available for cancellations due to the above issues. In the case of mechanical failure on charter vessels, Belevari Marine reserves the right to provide a vessel of like quality and passenger capacity or to provide a 50% refund. In the case of mechanical failure on Belevari Marine owned and operated vessels, Belevari Marine reserves the right to offer credit to the client on future reservations.
Payment methods
The deposit is paid online. The final payment will be given directly to boat owner on the day of the trip.
