Meeting time for departure
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure time. Departure is usually at 6.30 AM unless we agreed upon another time.
Shuttle service
Shuttle service can be arranged at a cost of 180 AED (both ways).
Deposit and payment
For Private Trips: A 15% deposit is required to complete the booking. The balance is paid on the day of the trip.
For SHARED TRIPS: Full payment is required to complete the booking.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellations received more than 7 days prior to the trip will get a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received 7 days or less will receive a 50% refund from the deposit. Cancellations MUST be done no later than 72 hours before trip. No refunds will be given to customers who do not show up on the day of the trip. Weather cancellations are under the captain's discretion. If the charter company or the captain cancels the trip due to bad weather, the customer will get a full refund or reschedule if possible.
Payment methods
The deposit is paid online. The final payment should be in CASH and will be given directly to charter on the day of the trip.
