Cancellation and refund
All cancellation requests received 7 days prior to the trip date will get a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations received during the 7 days prior to the trip will get 50% refund of the deposit.
There is no refund for customers that do not show up the date of the trip.
If the company cancels the trip due to bad weather the customer will get a full refund or reschedule it if possible.
