Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit is required to complete the booking. The balance is paid on the day of the trip.
Cancellation and refund
All cancellation requests received 7 days or more prior to the trip date will get a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the trip will get 50% refund of the deposit. There is no refund for customers that do not show up the date of the trip. Weather cancellation are under the captain's discretion. If the captain or charter company cancels the trip due to bad weather the customer will get a full refund.
Payment methods
The deposit is paid online. The final payment should be in CASH and will be given directly to boat owner on the day of the trip.
