Deposit and payment
The deposit is 20% paid online upon booking
Cancellation and refund
All cancellation requests received 7 days prior to the trip date will get a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the trip will get 50% refund of the deposit.
There is no refund for customers that do not show up the date of the trip.
Weather cancellations are under the captain's discretion.
If the captain cancels the trip due to bad weather the customer will get a full refund or reschedule it if possible.
