Overall it was a wonderful boat ride. The sunset in the morning was spectacular. The boat was great. The guys on the boat were good. Unfortunately, we did not catch anything. That is the nature of fishing but still very disappointing.

I really wanted to take my son in a fishing trip. Our day couldn't be better, we spend the time fishing and we had plenty of catch, sheri, hamour, snapper and barracuda. The boat was clean and the crew was very helpful.

The trip was one of the things we really wanted to try our in Dubai waters while we are visiting. IT was a nice trip, we got a chance to catch some of the fish like Barracuda, Sheri and Hamour. The crew is friendly and the boat is good for small group
The charterer agrees to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the departure of their trip in order to avoid any delays in the total time of the charter scheduled.
All passengers must provide personal identification prior to departure as requested by UAE Coast Guard regulations, i.e. either passport or UAE/EMIRATES ID. Any passenger without personal identification will not be permitted onboard and any delay caused by failure to provide proper identificationwill be at the expense of the passengers.
Deposit and payment
A 20% deposit is required to complete the booking.
The remaining balance to be paid directly to the charter prior to departure.
Cancellation and refund
CANCELLATION
Due to poor weather conditions or mechanical failure, the CHARTER COMPANY reserves the right to cancel or postpone a charter. In this instance, the charter will be rearranged/rescheduled. If this is not possible, any charter fees already paid will be returned in full. Cancellation made by the client will not be refunded.
RESPONSIBILITIES & LIABILITIES
The captain has total authority over the safe navigation of the boat, the safe use of all equipment onboard and may prohibit activities considered to be unsafe.
Any children onboard are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians. No liability is accepted for any personal injury, accidents or sickness during recreational activities including swimming, fishing, water sports or other activities. No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss of personal items onboard.
No anti-social behavior will be accepted onboard and will result in the termination of the charter. Shoes are not permitted onboard any of the vessels. The charterer and guests must comply when asked to remove their shoes upon arrival.
As required by U.A.E. Coast Guard, all guests MUST bring their VALID EMIRATES I.D. or ORIGINAL PASSPORT. If you are tourist/visitor, please bring your ORIGINAL PASSPORT with U.A.E. VISIT or TOURIST VISA paper. Non-compliance may lead to the disruption/cancellation of your trip. Should guest(s) fail to bring the necessary identification, the captain/charter will not be responsible if the trip is disrupted/cancelled.
Payment methods
The deposit is paid online. The final payment should be in CASH and will be given directly to the charter on the day of the trip.
On the next screen, you'll be able to review your booking, enter your personal details and send any special requests.
After that, you will be asked to enter the payment details (PayPal or credit card). You won't be charged the deposit amount until the captain approves your booking.
In 24 hours, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your booking and we'll process your payment. If the boat is not available on the specific date you select, you won't be charged and you'll be free to book another date.
