Policies
- Meeting time for departure
Please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.
- Deposit and payment
A 50% deposit is required to complete the booking. The balance is paid on the day of the trip.
- Cancellation and refund
All cancellation requests received 7 days prior to the trip date will get a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the trip will get 50% refund of the deposit. There is no refund for customers that do not show up the date of the trip. Weather cancellations are under the captain's discretion. If the company or captain cancels the trip due to bad weather the customer will get a full refund or reschedule it if possible.
- Payment methods
The deposit is paid online. The final payment should be in CASH and will be given directly to boat owner on the day of the trip.

- The boat was a professional fishing boat, with 6 lines in the water at any time. The crew knew were to get the fish and they were very supportive. They even got me a container filled with ice to take the fish home. Recommended if you want to catch mahi-mahi and small tuna. A bit expensive but worth it.
